Your new role – challenging and future-oriented
•Leading, Mentoring and developing team of project managers handling S and C category projects.
•Delivery of project results as per forecast, P&L responsibility for project portfolio.
•Review of projects, identifying of risks, finalization of mitigation measures and ensuring implementation of the same.
•Ensuring project deliveries within time, budget and ensuring world class customer experience.
•Coordination with SCM, Engineering, Sales, Quality and manufacturing teams.
•Monitor and ensure compliance of EHS practice at site.
•Develop and maintain relationship with key customers.
•Manage customer escalations.
•NCC monitoring and improvement measures.

•B.E. (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation)
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Strong team-player and interpersonal abilities.
•Excellent stakeholder management skills.
•Ability to persevere under pressure.
•Decision making
•Minimum 15-17 years relevant experience. Preferably from Power Generation Industry and field experience on Steam Turbines Installation & commissioning
