The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate consultancy experience.Role within the project:The Project Manager is expected to be able to support the project lead in all aspects of project management delivery for Civil/ MEP throughout the stages of set up and brief, design, tendering & procurement, construction, handover and closeout.Should be able to handle all project-related reporting & documentation.Responsibilities:Participate in project meetings, prepare minutesMonitor day to day execution and site, handle all documentation and reportingPrepare daily/ weekly/ monthly reports for client reviewReview the deliverables from the design consultants/ vendors/ contractors/ and provide feedbackReportingDepending upon context, Assistant Project Manager is likely to report to a Project Manager#LI-PK1 QualificationsGraduate Engineer, B.E/B.Tech, Civil, Electrical & Mechanical field, MBA or PG in Construction Planning/ Management or Project Management.Minimum of 8 to 10 years of overall experience with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in sports facility.Proven track record of working with governmental bodies/ organizing committees of multi-sport mega events, and sports federations.Strong experience in multi- stakeholder project coordination and relevant IT system capability as per the requirement of the project.
