The position
As a Project Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will be responsible for the following activities:

• Lead multiple projects involving various stakeholders while conducting stakeholder workshops, roadshows, webinars, community shows, and hackathons.
• Ensure good project management practices like reusable assets repositories and push for their adoption during projects.
• Develop business cases and compute return on investment (ROI) for relevant engagements and ensure project delivery with internal and external resources.
• Engage stakeholders to clearly understand the Voice of the Customer (VOC) and drive outcomes.
• Leverage thorough analysis and stakeholder collaboration to pinpoint areas for potential Automation, Artificial Intelligence and analytics solutions with optimize developer capacity for balanced project and operations load.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
• Overall 10+ years of experience with relevant 4+ years’ experience working as a project manager.
• Project Management certifications, e.g.: PMP, Prince 2, Safe, CSM or relevant  (Preferred).
• Knowledge of GxP and compliance across the life sciences value chain (Preferred).
• Strong communication skills and presentation skills.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies.
