This job is based out of Chennai, India
Project management in all ELV package like BMS, Access, CCTV, Fire Alarm & other systems applicable for Data Centre projects
Responsibility includes.
1. Forecast Revenue & Cash flow/Payment Collections
2. Co-ordination with respective stake holders on Engineering, Project Management, Commissioning, SCM, Costing and Estimation and vendor management.
3. Driving towards Timely, Profitable and Quality delivery of Projects
4. Monitor, Review / Analysis & Report on the project progress includes.
• Project Cost planning tracking
• Regular Review on UOV, Debtors etc..
• Contracts Procurement management in coordination with Internal team
• Statutory approval coordination
• Coordination with Architects, consultants etc.,
• Project Schedule planning tracking
