The Role
As a Project Manager with Worley,you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc….
- Delivery of assigned Project under the specific regions
- Provides management, direction and governance for all facets of the specific project delivery.
- Building relationship with the Head Offices.
- Drive Data centric and Digital Delivery of the project
- Ensure delivery of project in line with the business plan and forecasts
- Focus on quality, schedule, cost and HSE aspects of specific project
- Maintaining compliance of local operations with relevant national legislation and regulations;
- Identify and implement and innovative and unique strategies including focus on Digital solutions to support the delivery of the project
- Decision maker for project based activities in collaboration with relevant peers and stakeholders.
- Deliver project outcomes and financial metrics for the project including gross margin, chargeability, DSO, revenue forecast by regular monitoring of project performance with support from Functional Leaders / Department Manage
- Drive lessons learnt workshops, sustainability, value creation in the project
- Ensure right level and skills of resourcing to meet the project objectives
- Deliver the project in line with the project KPIs on schedule, cost, HSE, Quality and Productivity
- Drive Global initiatives within project delivery landscape with a high focus on Data centric delivery approaches
- Lead the Project Team for fit for purpose deliveries meeting with project objectives
- Digital Solution Implementations aligned to Project Goals and KPI
- Resource Forecasting and Planning

- Inclusive and motivational leadership style with creative thinking skills and a focus on challenging norms, bringing innovation to current practices to continual evolve how we meet client needs and contribute to Worley’s financial position.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with ability to develop high performance culture and unlock opportunities.
- Team player and focusing on collaborative working to deliver common goal
- Identify benchmarks and develop project plans to deliver competitive advantage
- Act as key contact on steering committees with lead offices and facilitate positive communication.
- Deliver the project meeting the specific project KPIs
- 18+ Years of experience is needed
