Job Title: PMO Professional
The Opportunity: As PMO Professional be at the forefront of driving efficiency and innovation in our project excellence office. This role offers a unique chance to shape and refine our PMO processes, ensuring they are proactive, efficient, and aligned with our organizational goals. If you are passionate about process optimization and want to make a significant impact, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
How You'll Make An Impact
Develop and implement standardized PMO processes and procedures in line with PM@Siemens.
•Ensure processes align with industry best practices and organizational objectives.
•Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in project management and share best practices across the team.
•Take full ownership of end-to-end project management tool architecture.
•Create comprehensive documentation for all PMO processes, following our PM@Siemens Framework
•Maintain up-to-date process manuals and guidelines.
•Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with PMO processes.
•Identify areas for improvement and partner with site PMO teams in implementing improvement actions.
•Establish improved change management processes across the PMO function.
•Conducting training session for Project Managers
Your Background
•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
•PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
•Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and process improvement roles.
•Proven experience in designing and implementing PMO processes.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Proficiency in project management software and tools.
•Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
•Strong leadership and organizational skills.
•EPC project work experiences preferred
