Mission statement:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Engineer specializing in Electrical Control and Protection schematics. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Electrical Engineering and have a strong background in designing, implementing, and managing electrical control and protection systems. This role involves leading a, ensuring product / project delivery, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety and team of engineers
Your Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
Oversee the design, implementation, and testing of electrical control and protection for high voltage protection. \Collaborate with customers to understand requirements, provide technical support, and ensure satisfaction to customers' requirements.
Ensure all projects are met its quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
Provide technical expertise in electrical engineering, control systems, and protection schemes.
Prepare and review technical documentation, including design specifications, Manufacturing drawings / documentation, test plans, and reports.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices across all products.
Ensure all work adheres to safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Your background:
Bachelor’s / master’s degree in electrical engineering.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on control and protection schematics of substations.
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proficiency in electrical design software and tools like E3Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
