Job Location: Chakan MIDC, Pune
You have the opportunity to lead projects/programs for components and products design development and maintenance for PHILIPS Diagnostic Imaging/ MR (MRI - Magnetic Resonance Imaging).
Your responsibility is to deliver projects/programs outputs according to alignment with the key stakeholders. You will ensure to implement and develop the highest standards in Program Management as to deliver and maintain the highest levels of performance and quality for our customers.
Your role:
Driving and delivering Innovation, Development, Productivity, Maintenance projects for MR
Leading and coordinating a multifunctional core team of R&D, sourcing, quality, service, product industrialization, production leaders.
Defining the project/program scope, content, staffing, planning and cost with key stakeholders.
Using state of the art Program Management tools and processes to drive execution of projects/programs.
Delivering per commitments on scope, quality, time and cost.
Communicating and managing the internal and external stakeholders.
Interacting with the global R&D Teams of Diagnostic Imaging/ MR
You are a part of the Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) where we work on unique MRI technologies that increase radiology productivity, while delivering exceptional imaging quality and patient experience. This role works closely with cross functional teams - Engineering, Procurement Engg, Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality, Catalog development and Manufacturing.
You're the right fit if you have:
Bachelor/Master of Science in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics Engineering.
8+ years of overall experience, initially as an engineer and later as project/program manager.
Medical Devices experience is preferred
Excellent Communication skills & Influencing skills are essential.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
