Roles & Responsibilities :
Project Management-Define project scope, time lines, cost, quality & risk and ensure that project charter requirements are met
Innovation Management-Plan & supervise opportunities for process enhancements within the process starting from idea generation to successful implementation
Stakeholder Management-Establish process to communicate change impacts & improve relationship with stake holders
Process Management-
Ensure systematic approach for effective business process and improve efficiency
Educational qualification:
B.Com/ Masters Degree- preferably Master Degree in Business Administration
Experience :
10 to 12 years of experience in large scale program or project management and accounts payable or a related financial role
Expertise in using Softwares, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools
Mandatory/requires Skills :
Proficient knowledge of end-to-end accounts payable, Bill to cash & Book to report process and vendor management
Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Microsoft Excel & Power BI
Proficiency in Stake holder management & Negotiation skills
Expert in Project Management skills
Expert Communication skills for vendor interactions and internal collaboration
