Could you be the full-time Project Engineering Manager (PrEM) in Bangalore we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your extensive signalling industry expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, innovative, and collaborative teammates.
You'll lead the project engineering team, ensuring the technical contractual scope of the project is managed effectively. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Core Team, Project Engineering Team, Product Development Community, and Methods & Tools Community), driving the design and application engineering activities and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of the project requirements database and the validation of the Project Solution, but also supervise Verification & Validation activities.
We’ll look to you for:
Accountability for the customer acceptance of the project solution
Management of the project technical risks and the corresponding mitigation plan
Validation of technical design choices and adherence to applicable regulations
Functional leadership and task allocation within the project engineering team
Supervision of Engineering Work Package QCD and BOM provision
Interface management with the project core team and resolution of technical issues

A degree in an Engineering discipline
Experience or understanding of signalling design with a minimum of 10 years in the industry
Knowledge of project management and systems implementation

Capability to manage and motivate an engineering team
Proficiency in English and MS Office
