Could you be the full-time Project EHS Manager in New Delhi we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive EHS expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.
You'll ensure the highest standards of environmental, health, and safety practices are upheld within our projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, HR, Operations), oversee subcontractor activities, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of conducting risk assessments, developing emergency plans, and maintaining EHS compliance at the project level, but also building EHS communication and training plans.
We’ll look to you for:
Implementing and maintaining EHS standards and emergency plans
Controlling subcontractor activities in relation to EHS
Stopping operations when high risk to people or the environment is identified
Coaching and assessing EHS teams within the project
Communicating with social and medical partners about EHS matters
Ensuring compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and company EHS requirements
Monitoring environmental impacts and proposing corrective actions

Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) with a full-time degree/diploma in Safety from a recognized institution
10-12 years of experience in Metro Projects, with at least 5 years in an EHS leadership role
Knowledge of EHS standards and tools
Familiarity with EHS risk assessment and emergency planning
A certification in industrial safety is advantageous
Proven ability to prepare and implement EHS training and communication plans
Strong communication and leadership skills
