At Smart Infrastructure buildings, we have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our Projects team in our Gurgaon office. Reporting to the Operations Manager this role will be both challenging and rewarding.
You will be required to support regional operations, providing regular updates to management and stakeholders. Coordinate the allocation of project resources to ensure the project team has what’s needed at the right time, along with helping the project managers monitor monthly business KPIs, team members’ performance, and provide updates to project stakeholders are key responsibilities. You wiil also schedule stakeholder meetings, document, and generate reports, and manage technicians, site supervisors and contractors on site from time to time.
Your profile:
• Proven experience in project administration, project co-ordination or similar roles
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Conduct the recruitment process from onboarding to offboarding for the external manpower.
• Checks all documents, approvals, declaration, quotation, salary break down and ensure the quality and they are consistent with the company guideline.
• Create respective Imported, Internal-company, and external POs for the manpower service provider for all external new joining and the existing employees, and make sure all have valid PO.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital employee records and files.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, company policy, and guideline.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
• Receive service providers comments and direct them to the concerned persons to solve the problem.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring is a plus.
• Frequently monitor shipment status and push deliveries when required.
