QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of project management experience with a focus on high-stakeholder engagement and a proven ability to drive projects and initiatives under tight deadlines
- Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- A strong ownership mentality, a self-driven approach to work, and the ability to navigate ambiguous environments effectively

You’ll work in our McKinsey Client Capability Network (CCN) India centers. We are a unique global unit that provides specialized expertise and cutting-edge solutions to help clients address their most complex challenges. You’ll be part of our Client Capability Network central team based our of our Gurgaon hub.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
In this role, you will coordinate end-to-end project activities for multiple initiatives by tracking progress, identifying next steps, and ensuring timely delivery, gathering and analyzing project-related information, formulating and testing hypotheses to keep the project on track, and developing and communicating recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
You will also lead efforts to unite the Client Capability Network (CCN) community around specific themes by enhancing collaboration, promoting cross-pollination of ideas and best practices, presenting results to client management, and implementing recommendations, in addition to planning and leading key events, including visits from clients and firm leadership, by analyzing event-related information, testing hypotheses, and communicating your recommendations to the concerned teams.
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of various initiatives within the CCN-India hubs, collaborating with diverse teams to drive progress and enhance community engagement while working closely with hub leadership and individual practice leads to contribute actively to all aspects of critical initiatives.
