Role & Responsibilities:
1.Coordinate with all discipline engineers, project representatives, statutory and authority agencies to set up design deliverables requirements.
2.Review design deliverables together with engineers to ensure order for submission.
3.Participate in technical design clarification and project meetings.
4.Set up workshare and organize the deliverables. Participate and follow up with workshare team on continuous basis. Visit workshare office from time to time for ensuring the deliverables are achieved as per milestones.
5.Closely work with Project Manager and develop a Mitigation plan in case there is a productivity issue
6.Develop a workflow Plan and remove engineering document review hurdles.
7.Coordinate with project coordination team members, vendors and subcontractors with regards to workability and constructability of design.
8.Develop with planning engineer on design submission schedule and ensure timely design submissions.
9.Coordinate with document controller on design deliverables transaction to ensure smooth flow of documents.
10.Assist procurement team with all necessary technical inputs to facilitate award of procurement and subcontract packages.
11.Involve in technical clarifications as required.
12.Assist QA, QC and Project Team to address technical issues and establish method statements.
13.Lead and direct routine project engineering activities. Overall responsible for Engineering activities
14.Provide Value Engineering support as the case may be.
15.Meet the objective of the Client for the Engineering deliverables.
Qualification:
-Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering discipline from recognize university/College.
-Extensive experience in oil & gas Industry within middle east environment.
