Summary: As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will support projects in the Technology Delivery Centers by tracking and managing project management office activities. You will proactively monitor, manage, and report on the execution of deliverables. Your typical day will involve ensuring the smooth functioning of project control services and providing valuable insights to project teams. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Ensure effective tracking and management of project management office activities. - Proactively monitor and report on the execution of project deliverables. - Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to project control services. - Develop and maintain project control processes and procedures. - Assist in the preparation of project status reports and presentations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Control Services. - Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. - Experience in project planning, scheduling, and resource management. - Knowledge of project control tools and software. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera. - Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Program Control Services. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.15 years full time education
