You will own the issue management queues, responding to inquiries promptly and routing requests to the appropriate team members. Your exceptional attention to detail will be critical in monitoring action items, following up on tasks, and ensuring timely closure of agreed-upon deliverables.
Utilizing your data analysis skills, you will churn out insights and reports to inform TA decision-making. You will also publish regular status updates on ongoing TA projects and initiatives, keeping stakeholders informed and fostering transparency across the team.
As a skilled coordinator, you will spearhead the rollout and management of stakeholder surveys, designing survey questions, coordinating communication, and analyzing results. Additionally, you will assist with the coordination and execution of various TA programs and projects, such as reviews, training, engagement, and implementation activities.
This role requires a proactive approach, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to driving speed and efficiency. You will exercise sound judgment, anticipate needs, and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements.

- 1+ years of human resources experience
- Experience with HR processes and systems
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in supporting programs or projects.
- Experience with process improvement and stakeholder management
- Experience managing confidential and sensitive employee information and adherence to strict confidentiality standards
- • Master's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing
- • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an intermediate to advanced level, including: pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.
- • Experience in handling, analyzing and generating insights from data.
- • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
