Program Specialist – Early in Career, Academic Partnerships

What you get to do in this role:

• Execute the strategy and management of national, regional Academic Partnerships as assigned.
• Be a trusted advisor and guide through the Academic Partnership onboarding process for University students
• ·Supervise the Academic Partnership Program life cycle (Student enrolment, Student learning completion )
• Run workshops to encourage and promote certification amongst students
• Report on assessment and health of the assigned academic partnership relationships including KPIs
• Build early careers strategy for students and support ServiceNow customer and partner hiring process .
• Work closely with ServiceNow certified students, develop workplace skills, career ambition workshops, build confidence, grow interest and inspire
• Liaison with ServiceNow customers and partners and enable certified student hiring process to support early careers program hiring
• Take full responsibility and coordinate with partner hiring organizations and students and assist with recruitment to meet eligibility criteria, administer assessment  test, Technical interviews, and HR interviews
• Maintain metrics, dashboard, data analysis.

To be successful in this role you have:

· 4+ years’ experience in a program or business management position

· Strong partnerships background along with Project management mindset, a passion for detail, exceptional organizational and time management skills.

· Experience working with Universities and student recruitment.

· Experience working across a range of cultures and working with global programs.

· Commitment to justice, inclusivity, and equity

· Ability to accept feedback graciously and integrate it into system/process improvement.

· High degree of autonomy, versatility, personal initiative, intrinsic motivation, and self-management skills

· Experience working collaboratively and effectively on diverse teams or with a diverse range of people.

· Knowledge of and/or ability to interface with regional academic institutions and their cultures

· High level of flexibility, creativity, and dependability

· Experience incorporating measurement and assessments into programs.

· Effective networking and cross functional connectivity skills

· ServiceNow experience or certification preferred.
