Summary: As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will deliver business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Your typical day will involve overseeing the successful execution of programs and projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams and provide solutions to business area problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and scope. - Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. - Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets. - Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. - Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders. - Lead and facilitate project meetings and workshops. - Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members. - Manage project documentation and ensure its accuracy and completeness. - Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement. - Mentor and coach junior project management professionals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Banking Platform. - Strong understanding of program and project management principles and methodologies. - Experience in delivering complex programs and projects within budget and timeline constraints. - Excellent leadership and communication skills. - Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile project management methodologies. - Knowledge of financial services industry. - Experience in managing cross-functional and virtual teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in Oracle Banking Platform. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.15 years full time education
