Summary: As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will deliver business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Your typical day will involve ensuring the successful execution of programs and projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and monitoring service level agreements to ensure customer satisfaction and project success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of programs and projects. - Monitor service level agreements to ensure customer satisfaction and project success. - Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact program or project delivery. - Prepare and present reports on program and project status to stakeholders. - Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices. - Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Control Services. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. - Experience in delivering business and technology outcomes for programs and projects. - Knowledge of standard tools, methodologies, and processes for program and project management. - Experience in monitoring and controlling service level agreements. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. - Solid grasp of data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Program Control Services. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.15 years full time education
