Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will lead business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service. You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Your typical day will involve overseeing and managing the progress of projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Manage project timelines and deliverables - Monitor and control project budgets - Ensure adherence to project management methodologies - Identify and mitigate project risks - Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders - Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members - Track and report project progress - Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards - Identify and implement process improvements - Mentor and coach junior team members Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices - Experience in managing complex projects and programs - Excellent leadership and team management skills - Effective communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to analyze and solve problems - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies - Experience in change management - Knowledge of risk management principles - Experience in vendor management Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Program Project Management - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full-time education is required Comments : This demand is identified for the project Llyods of London15 years full time education
