Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will lead business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service. You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Your typical day will involve overseeing the progress of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide effective solutions and achieve desired outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets. - Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project outcomes. - Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure their success. - Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders. - Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Control Services. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. - Experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or JIRA. - Knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks. - Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies. - Ability to analyze and interpret project data to drive informed decision-making. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Program Control Services. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.15 years full time education
