Program/Planning manager- Applied

Location - Mumbai

Payroll - FTE (on role of JCI)

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Gather and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

Requirement Gathering:

• Document and validate requirements with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Operation managers, PM and engineers to ensure project goals are met.
• Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement solutions.
• Ensure solutions align with business goals and requirements.

Project Management:

• Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met.
• Strong project management skills, including experience with project management software.
• Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with project management methodologies
• Knowledge of business process modeling and improvement techniques.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience Requirements:

• 10-15 years of experience in a business analysis role.
• Experience in a HVAC  industry  may be preferred.
