Description and Requirements
As a Program Manager in our Solutions & Services Group, you will be responsible for supporting the operationalization and execution of our strategic growth initiatives. This role will be responsible for collaborating with Sales Enablement, Presales, and other teams to support data analysis, tracking project milestones, provide additional program governance, and deliver program communications.
Key Responsibilities
Track progress, deliverables, and timelines ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Develop and maintain clear communication channels with internal teams and stakeholders
Support the preparation of reports, presentations, executive updates, and regular communications.
Identify and escalate risks or issues that may impact project timelines or business outcomes.Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes related to overall program management.
Required Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information across stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments, foster cross-functional collaboration, and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of program management principles and methodologies is a plus.
Quarterly account selection review with sales leadership to ensure regular funnel of new accounts into growth programs.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in business, finance or a related field.
Experience in program management within the IT industry.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills related to communications and executive presentations.Proficient in data analytics using Excel and other data tools.
