We are hiring Program Manager to run complex and cross functional supply chain projects. This role is a part of the centralized supply chain planning function for GSF Channel in India. The incumbent will drive S&OP and Speed Charter for Amazon Fresh business. This role involves streamlining current processes, develop automated solutions and efficiency improvement initiatives.
The incumbent will own the following -
1) They will be responsible for working with category, finance, Operations team, Instock managers and other Amazon teams to drive the S&OP charter to balance cost and speed
2) The incumbent will be responsible for driving improvement in Speed of the network by deep diving into the reasons, develop mechanisms to track and improve the speed
3) The incumbent will drive the adoption of forecasting tool and improve the accuracy
4) They will track the key metrics of the S&OP process and drive efficiency and improvement along with stakeholders.
5) They will liaise across functions to drive their project and help clear issues and bottlenecks.
6) They will work with technology teams to scope out and drive any tech changes that are needed
Program Managers will be measured on the impact of their initiatives. Depending on the project, clear financial or other impact goals will be set forth. It is the individual's responsibility to ensure they drive the program towards achieving those goals.
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
