What you’ll be doing?
Day-to-day functions with the COO:
· Work closely with the COO in delivering central projects spanning various aspects of the credit business.
· Prepare and assist in the development of internal and external presentations for the COO
· Participate in critical meetings alongside the COO, ensuring follow-up actions are coordinated effectively across teams to maintain accountability and progress
Business Analysis:
· Analyze key business metrics to extract valuable insights, supporting strategic discussions during leadership meetings
· Design and maintain dashboards and reports that accurately measure and interpret business performance drivers
· Keep abreast of market trends and provide timely updates on industry developments that could impact the company's strategic direction
What are we looking for?
2-4 years of experience. Experience in a lending company will be a plus
Strong analytical mindset & proven ability to bring clarity to ambiguous situations
Hustler with an execution focused mindset
Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
