We are seeking an innovative and analytical Program Manager to support the Prime Video Trust & Safety team and lead operations training programs for our Bangalore site. Prime Video Trust & Safety programs aim to enable a globally trusted customer experience by ensuring that Prime Video (PV) provides content customers love and trust and accurate, meaningful and complete information to empowering customers to make informed viewing choices for themselves and their children.This role will focus on redefining and scaling the operations training program in our Bangalore location and supporting other global sites as needed. This role will require a leader who delivers results and demonstrates strong bias for action on behalf of our customers. In addition to continuously driving and improving the execution of this core mission, the Program Manager will work closely with their cross-functional counterparts in operations, policy, product management, engineering, and business teams to ensure new product launches are supported by operators, develop and grow business opportunities with advanced operator upskilling methodology, and enhance our operator and customer experience. A successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment, leveraging analytical expertise and resourcefulness to autonomously deliver successful results. Candidate must be flexible in working hours as the role will partner with other training leaders in other locations. 1. 5+ years of work experience in the areas of training delivery, operations, program management; or equivalent business experience. 2. Experience in assessing performance gaps, analyzing learning needs, designing and developing customer-centric solutions, and evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs. 3. Experienced in analytics, including qualitative and quantitative methods. 4. Passionate about video content , online streaming platforms, online business, e-commerce 5. Experience using learning development and evaluation methodologies 6. Excellent verbal , written and presentation skills are required. 7. Extensive knowledge of MS Office 8. Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and generate innovative solutions in an extremely fast-paced environment. 9. Ability to work independently, work with senior leadership, be self-motivated, and flexible in approaching responsibilities and change. 10. Self-directed worker; able to operate with little direction. 11. Superior organizational and time management skills. 12. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively and maintain a high level of attention to detail, with a proactive approach to problem-identification and solving. 13. ·Ability to deliver results with minimal supervision in a dynamic and often ambiguous environment.1. Additional work experience in Content compliance policy, risk management will be preferred 2. Background in handling content escalations. 3. Experience with MS Office and customer service. 4. Experience in process improvement using Lean and Kaizen methods. 5. Knowledge on how to use data and analytics to make informed decisions. 6.
