- Excellent hands on as Scrum Master and Agile SAFe Development methodology
- Good Experience in Project Management – Product/Application development
- Excellent hands-on Java/J2EE, RESTAPI development, UIUX Development & Performance Engineering experience
- Hands-on experience in Software Development process (Requirements Gathering and Use Case Definition, Design and Implementation of the software solution). Architecture and design reviews of complex technical solutions
- Lead and conduct Requirements & Design sessions with the customer
- Ability to lead and coordinate with Java & UIUX and RESTAPI developers / other architects and stakeholders
- Good Experience in Oracle/SQL Server database and SQL
- Develop and promote processes, best practices and standards in Software Development
- Experience in implementing 3rd party systems and designing integration points to other systems
- Collaborate with architecture teams to ensure alignment of requirements and solutions and to facilitate design sign-off and approvals
- Understand the technical risks associated with each aspect of the service and/or project, and ensure these are mitigated
- Proven industry experience of building large scale systems and with hands-on engineering skills
- Strong Communication Skills
- Ability to lead and coordinate with developers / other architects and stakeholders
- Ability to Work in fast paced Development environment
- Work with Peers in planning and coordination of work activities
Required Skills : Scrum Master and Agile SAFe Development methodology, RESTAPI Development, Java, Spring, REST (with maturity model level 3), basic knowledge in Soap service, XML/JSON, basic knowledge on AWS, MongoDB, basic knowledge in RDBMS, GIT, JIRA, should have used tool like Eclipse, Postman, SoapUI, Robo 3T.
Desired Skills: Web Services and Insurance knowledge, Angular, J2EE on WebSphere/JBoss, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, UNIX Shell Scripting, SQL on SQL Server/Oracle, JProfiler
