DfE Program Managers (B4):
DfE Program Manager will oversee multiple projects within a program to ensure they align with organizational goals. Their role is strategic, focusing on planning, coordinating, and executing projects in a cohesive manner to meet larger business objectives. Program Manager will report into the DfE Business Leader and will be responsible for program management of several projects under the program and delivering business results - Revenue, LGM and Cash flow to plan.
Role Objective
Key focal persons for the respective Program assigned to them & responsible for effectively managing the various projects in all aspects till handing over of the project to customer and to internal stake holders, accountable to execute programs to achieve scope, schedule, cost, delivery, and quality requirements while demonstrating proficient-level program management skills. This role requires cross-functional collaboration, resource management, and strategic planning to ensure program success and alignment with organizational goals.
Key responsibilities:
Program Planning and Strategy
·Accountable for Project Execution Plan development - Define program goals, objectives, and key milestones.
·Accountable for delivering business results – Revenue, Billing, delivered LGM, Cash Flow (Receivables management), for a group of projects under the program
·Collaborate with stakeholders to develop program strategy and scope.
·Identify potential risks and create contingency plans.
Project Coordination and Oversight
·Manage multiple projects and ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
·Provide guidance and support to project managers to align project goals with program objectives.
·Ensure proper allocation of resources across projects.
Stakeholder Management
·Serve as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders.
·Support Project Management team for necessary cross-functional support to projects, viz., Project Sourcing, ISC, Finance, Project Controls
·Communicate program status, updates, and key milestones to executives and other stakeholders.
·Manage expectations and facilitate decision-making with stakeholders.
Budgeting and Resource Allocation
·Monitor and control the financial status of the project (EAC, Billings, cost budgets, milestone payments, rebates, warranty). Develop and monitor program budget and forecast future resource needs.
·Work with finance teams to manage budgets and ensure projects remain cost-effective.
·Allocate resources across projects to optimize program efficiency.
Customer Relationship
·Customer relationship management processes and increasing customer satisfaction levels
·Set up and deploy periodic review mechanism to monitor projects under the program for successful execution meeting customer and business requirements
·Responsible for change management on projects
·Understand customer related critical to quality measures and then driving business improvement through improving these measures
Risk Management
·Identify and assess risks that may impact program delivery.
·Review R&O on projects for implementation of risk management plans
·Develop mitigation strategies and monitor risk throughout the program lifecycle.
·Address issues proactively and implement solutions to keep the program on track.
Performance Tracking and Reporting
·Define KPIs and success metrics for program and project performance.
·Track and report on program progress, including budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
·Conduct post-program evaluations to capture lessons learned and improve future program management processes.
Sale Support
·Report relevant new business opportunities to sales account / vertical manager
·Support sales (on request) with necessary resources to facilitate Front End Engineering & Design (FEED), site surveys, Project Execution Plan (PEP), risk/opportunity assessment etc.
·Review and approve e-GAPs relevant for the program

The Program Manager may be required to travel occasionally for meetings or site visits and should be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
