As a Program Management Vice President - Risk Management and Compliance (RM&C) Regulatory Programs Governance, you will be leading and managing the project lifecycle. The RM&C Regulatory Programs Governance (RPG) is a global team within the Risk Management & Compliance Department responsible for establishing, implementing, and overseeing RM&C’s governance framework on managing Legal Obligations, Regulatory Change Management, and support the firm-wide Compliance Risk Assessment Program. Job  responsibilities: Lead and manage the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives. Develop and implement project management frameworks and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Provide strategic direction and leadership to project teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence and manage and govern key reference data in firmwide applications implementing appropriate change management controls, ensuring data integrity. Utilize Alteryx and Excel to analyze and visualize data, supporting informed decision-making and strategic planning and gather and analyze diverse collections of qualitative and quantitative data to support firmwide compliance risk assessment. Coordinate regular status updates and liaise with senior stakeholders to ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables. Develop clear and compelling communication materials for executive-level project updates and stakeholder engagement and draft comprehensive project documentation, including business requirements, technical specifications, and internal communications. Partner with various departments to deliver a consistent and excellent stakeholder experience and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and organizational performance.Required qualifications, skills and capabilities: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, MBA, CRISC) and 10 or above years of experience in project management or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects with significant business impact. Extensive experience in compliance risk assessment and developing risk mitigation strategies. Strong data management skills, with proficiency in Alteryx and Excel for data analysis and visualization. Experience in developing and implementing governance frameworks and strategic initiatives. Demonstrated skill in managing large, complex projects and problem-solving. Professional maturity and confidence in expressing viewpoints with varied stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
