We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Vice President, Program Management Senior Lead (C14) (Internal Job Title: Program Management Group Manager - C14) based in Mumbai, India.

Procurement and Third Party Management (P&TPM) has end-to-end responsibility and accountability to design and ensure proper execution of Citi’s Third Party Management (TPM) policies, standards, and related processes. P&TPM Supplier Oversight Program focuses on external third parties considered critical to Citi’s businesses and operations firmwide, by providing enhanced oversight and ensuring key risks for these third parties are identified, managed, and remediated.
The Program Management Group Manager will design and execute critical third party oversight functions as part of P&TPM Supplier Oversight, including supervision of Program Management Analyst team in conducting required third party assessments and performance monitoring. The Program Management Group Manager will also be responsible for engaging both Citi and Third party executive owners to discuss performance health and notable risk topics to drive risk remediation.
Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain Critical Supplier oversight framework
- Lead and execute Executive and Business role assignment process
- Manage Second Line (Operational Risk Management) and Third Line (Internal Audit) reviews pertaining to Critical Supplier oversight activities
- Lead and participate in business and third party oversight discussions, highlighting decisions and/or actions required to mitigate risk
- Oversee Program Management Analyst team in conducting integrated assessments and preparing oversight materials with supportable conclusions on overall risk posture
- Drive simplification of Critical Supplier oversight framework to enable clear identification and opportunities to enhance risk reduction opportunities
- Own and maintain Third Party Management Policy Operating Procedures pertaining to Critical Supplier oversight
- Create and own projects that drive key Critical Supplier oversight initiatives. Present relevant risk topics and program changes to senior management committees
- Drive the mitigation of risks identified as part of the P&TPM programs, by interfacing with the Supplier Business Executive and Business Supplier Manager, as well as with the other groups managing risks in the bank, and the suppliers.
- Collaborate with Information Security and Enterprise Resilience teams in conducting effective integrated assessments of Critical third parties
- Communicate with Third Party senior management covering performance and risk reduction opportunities
- Supervise Program Management Analyst team in carrying out responsibilities, fostering team development
- Contribute to enterprise systems design and enhancements supporting Critical supplier oversight activities
- Participate with P&TPM senior leadership on developing effective strategies to strengthen Third Party Management
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of direct, relevant experience in third party management, risk mitigation, conducting assessments, monitoring, and remediation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written, with ability to articulate complex and sensitive issues in succinct manner
- Experience in working with global, cross-functional teams and navigating large organizations is preferred.
- Strong relationship management skills with ability to deepen relationships and build partnerships across the enterprise globally.
- Master’s degree preferred
- Strong reporting and data analysis skills. Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
