We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Integration Engineer to join our Professional Services team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in integrating Zoom solutions into customers' application ecosystems and assisting them in connecting Zoom with their applications. This role involves expertise in API integrations, webhooks, and a solid grasp of both frontend and backend development within a microservices architecture.
About the Team

This role will be the first Integration Engineer in the Professional Services team for the APAC region.
What we’re looking for
Have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Demonstrate experience in Zoom API integration, with familiarity with Zoom SDKs. Prior experience in UCaaS will be needed.
Have web development experience on both frontend (JavaScript, React, Angular, etc.) and backend (Node.js, Python) platforms
Have experience in microservices architecture and database management (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB)
Demonstrate understanding of API management, RESTful services, webhooks, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI
Possess effective communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Have prior experience in client management, project delivery, and change management.
