The role of a Quality Assurance Test Analyst - Staff is to implement best practice testing techniques and perform automation testing as part of the software development life cycle. The Analyst should have strong knowledge of generally accepted automation testing practices, banking experience, online banking experience, as well as the testing and development processes. Under minimum supervision and adhering to established procedures for quality assurance, this analyst should be able to test and analyze software components to ensure usability and applicability to the business environment and customer during the software development life cycle including post-implementation/deployment phase

What you will do:

• Testing Experience with good understanding of Software Test Lifecycle
• Good experience in Manual testing of Mobile and Web applications
• Knowledge of automation in Selenium with C#, good to have APPIUM knowledge
• Knowledge of API testing using Postman
• Knowledge of Agile methodology
• Raise any defects found during test automation and escalate in accordance with set procedures to ensure resolution of issues within appropriate timeframes to minimise impact on project quality and schedule
  Provide regular updates on progress of allocated Test scripts and Test scenarios automation to ensure Testing deadlines are met

You will need to have:

• 4+ Years of work experience in Software development or Quality Assurance Engineering
• Hands-on experience in Functional/UI testing, API, and Database testing
• Hands-on experience on Selenium and SOAP/REST test automation tools
• Hands-on experience on Selenium + C# or Java Automation Framework
• Exposure to performance testing
• Good understanding of CICD pipelines
• Good communication skills

What will be great to have:

• Finance or Payments domain experience
• Hands on experience on Monitoring tool like Splunk would be an added advantage.
• Having worked in an agile development environment would be a plus.
