  • Oversee the daily operations of soft services, including cleaning, security, catering, landscaping, and other non-technical services.
  • Develop and implement service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) with soft service vendors to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess the performance of soft service vendors, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to select and engage vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships to ensure cost-effectiveness and service excellence.
  • Monitor and analyze soft service budgets and expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing effective cost-control measures.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations related to soft service operations.
  • Foster a customer-centric approach to service delivery, maintaining strong relationships with tenants, occupants, and other stakeholders to address concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize processes and workflows related to soft services, seeking opportunities for efficiency, automation, and improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in soft services, incorporating them into facility management strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as facility maintenance, engineering, and finance, to ensure seamless integration and coordination of soft services with other facility management functions.
  • Finance management - Forecast of monthly & quarterly expenses
  • Share accruals data to the Central finance team
