Key Job Responsibilities:
Production Operations: Operate and maintain production equipment, including dispensing, cleaning, washing, printing, and torque application.
Packaging and Labeling: Manage packaging materials, raise internal orders for packaging, and oversee labeling, packing, and coding processes.
GMP Compliance: Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) by following detailed work instructions in a clean and controlled environment.
EHS Compliance: Ensure adherence to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards as per safety instructions.
Target Management: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets with efficient time and resource management.
Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality from a production perspective, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or other similar quality standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Background: Graduate in Science / Allied field
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in Medical Device, Biotech, Pharma, Chemical, or related fields.
IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and experience with SAP for production management.
Communication: Strong proficiency in English, capable of understanding and executing work instructions.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with production equipment operation and packaging processes.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in a regulated environment, particularly in IVD manufacturing or a similar field, is highly advantageous.
