About the team

Mobile Banking team works around the clock to ensure that the clients can seamlessly login to their apps and fulfill all of their banking needs without any challenges. The team ensures the smooth operation & stability of critical banking applications and provides timely resolution for any issues to minimize the impact. They also automate certain manual activities to optimize the overall efficiency." 

What you will be doing

• Performs a variety of basic/developmental tasks and activities that are appropriate for the IT function.
• Researches and analyzes appropriate information technology practices, processes and procedures.
• May also gain a high-level understanding of basic financial services/banking practices and processes.
• Attends appropriate training to gain knowledge and understanding of essential subject matter.
• Researches any production issue reported by the clients or identified via internal monitoring. Provides timely resolution with minimal downtime

What you bring:

• Min 5+ yrs of experience is required in Production Support.
• Strong Experience in Unix
• Basic working knowledge of Windows/IIS is good to have.
• Knowledge of basic database concepts and experience with queries/procedures etc.
• Knowledge of Java application troubleshooting
• Knowledge of tools like Splunk, Dynatrace and Control M
