We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior software engineer 

In this role you will:

• Work as Application support engineer.
• Supporting multiple portfolio’s/SVS on Compliance & Regulatory, Risk, Incident Management as well as Internal Change Review Management.
• Provide consultancy to SVSs under Domain for Change Review.  Also ensure Incident Management for 6 SVSs is done.
• Actively look for process improvements, efficiency gain and technology
• Support different regions on production queries/incidents.
• System monitoring, health checks, deployments and incidents resolution.
• Deployment of applications and reports – release management.
• Assign, track, log, escalate and follow up of open help desk issues.
