Production Supervisor

We are looking for a Production Supervisor with experience in Idiyappam production to oversee daily manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in food production, ensuring quality control, efficient workflow, and team coordination.

• Supervise and manage the Idiyappam production process, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.
  
• Oversee daily production schedules and allocate tasks to workers.
  
• Ensure that all safety, hygiene, and food quality guidelines are strictly followed.
  
• Monitor raw material usage and coordinate with the procurement team to maintain stock levels.
  
• Train and guide production staff on best practices, hygiene, and machine operation.
  
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
  
• Maintain accurate records of production, waste, and efficiency reports.
  
• Work closely with the quality control team to ensure product consistency and adherence to industry standards.
  
• Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of production equipment.
  
• Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  

• 1 to 2 years in a food production unit (Idiyappam experience is mandatory).
  
• Diploma / ITI / Any relevant qualification in food processing is preferred.
  
• Strong knowledge of Idiyappam manufacturing techniques and equipment.
  
• Ability to manage a team and handle production workflow efficiently.
  
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  
• Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot machinery and process issues.
  
• Good communication and leadership skills to guide production workers.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
