Job Description: Production EngineerJob Title: Production EngineerExperience: 1 to 3 YearsSalary: ₹12,000 to ₹15,000Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in EEE (Electrical and Electronics Engineering) or ECE (Electronics and Communication Engineering)Location: PudukkottaiMain Responsibilities:Oversee and manage production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.Monitor daily production activities and address any technical or operational challenges.Collaborate with the design and quality teams to resolve product-related issues.Ensure all machinery and equipment are maintained and operate at optimal performance.Develop and implement improvements to increase production efficiency and reduce waste.Prepare and maintain accurate production reports and documentation.Supervise and guide the production team to achieve daily and monthly production targets.Ensure compliance with workplace safety and environmental regulations.Troubleshoot electrical/electronic equipment and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime.Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material procurement and inventory management.Essential Qualifications:Diploma/Bachelor's degree in EEE or ECE.1 to 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of production processes and systems.Skills Required:Proficiency in handling electrical and electronic equipment.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.Hands-on experience with production software/tools.Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with teams.Knowledge of safety and quality standards in manufacturing environments.
