We offer companies diversity training and mentorship opportunities in order to remove barriers to employment.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product Assistant to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating worker assignments, managing rejection handling, monitoring production operations, conducting inspections, and ensuring effective job assignments. Worker AssignmentAssign tasks and responsibilities to workers based on production needs and team capabilities.Coordinate with the Production In-Charge to ensure effective and efficient worker allocation.2. Rejection HandlingTake action on online rejections by investigating issues, documenting reasons for rejection, and implementing corrective measures.Communicate with relevant team members to address and resolve any quality issues promptly.3. Monitoring OperationsOversee ongoing production operations to ensure they run smoothly according to the production plan.Monitor the progress of production activities and report any deviations or issues to the Production In-Charge.4. Dimensional InspectionConduct online inspections of dimensional parameters to ensure products meet specified quality standards.Verify that products are within tolerances and take corrective action if deviations are found.5.
