We are seeking a growth-oriented professional in our Bangalore location with experience in supporting Operations teams (including P&A, Treasury services and Financial Reporting) of asset servicing industries with


  • Daily BAU support (query management, documentations and facilitation of users/clients/index/etc. setup requests)
  • Data Management (quality checks, organization of data requests)
  • Technical Development (Software development, SQA)
  • Project Management (Data capabilities, IT requests, New capabilities, re-development, cost-saving initiatives)
  • Product Development (Report development, Data flows, and data capabilities)

The successful candidate demonstrates a higher level of technical expertise, is capable of self-review in identifying potential impacts from system or user errors, and capable of large data analysis and data organization skills.


The candidate should also have a number of the Project Management and Analysis skills required to deliver new product capabilities or product enhancements.


This team will report into Performance Analytics Product organization.


What you will be responsible for


As a Performance Product Support Analyst, you will be responsible to:


  • Closely adhere to reporting policies to ensure client data is closely safe-guarded and enforce policy where required.
  • Ensure accuracy in reporting to protect client information acceptance from mistakes by others or themselves, and a clear willingness to resolve regardless of the source of error.
  • Complete large data requests and maintain focus with priority/client facing work instead of over-solving quick-hits from personal/individual requests.
  • Supporting hundreds of people in a highly-connected global environment.
  • Escalate issues as and when observed regardless of the source of issues.
  • Collaborate with Service Delivery, Technology, Product Management, and other internal stakeholders in the development and rollout of new products and product capabilities
  • Communicate with Agile scrum teams, business owners and product management, to ensure that  stakeholders at various levels are well informed, to learn and manage expectations, and to mitigate risks to keep the project developments on track.
  • Support product testing through the creation of test scripts, development of test data, and execution of user acceptance testing
  • Become a subject matter expert for Investment Analytics applications
  • Review functionality and CUAT testing
    • Review SQA defects and testing with SQA
  • Production Readiness:
    • Write release notes, provide screenshots and details for training documents
    • Work with model office and business on rolling out and implementation of new capabilities
    • Provide training on new capabilities and enhancements
    • Support production deployments
  • Support large project implementations including client onboarding
  • Support operational changes to the business product, including documenting current state, transformation initiatives, and future state
  • Identify opportunities for efficiencies (to improve productivity and performance) and drive delivery of such projects (automation, process improvements)

  • Experience with SQL, Visual Basic, or Crystal Reports.

  • Ability to articulate product capabilities and benefits to teammates, senior management, clients, and colleagues in technology and service delivery
  • Ability to work with stakeholders, develop and maintain relationships, and act as a persuasive change agent with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capability to analyse quantitative and technical problems
  • Ability to leverage conventional and alternative resources to gather and distil information/data, and utilize such facts and data to inform decision making
  • Ability to distil complex information into clear, concise, actionable insights
  • Aptitude to adapt to and operate effectively in a changing and uncertain environment
  • Strong collaboration, facilitation, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong communication skills to clearly articulate ideas and ability to use experience and analysis to gain support, facilitate consensus, and forge collaboration with internal and external parties

Education & Preferred Qualifications


  • Minimum of 7 years of work experience (exposure to Product support roles in Analytics functions of Financial Services organizations is valued.)
  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Financial Management or equivalent.
  • Completed or demonstrated progressed towards advanced degrees in Finance (CA/CFA/CIPM/CAIA or equivalent)
  • Comfortable with quantitative methods and solutions
  • Strong technology insights with demonstrated ability to work across business lines/functions
  • Experience in SQL, Visual Basic, Confluence-Unity, Tableau/PowerBI/Qlik and Crystal reports
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Prior Product Management, Change Management, or relevant Consulting experience
    • Knowledge of Investment Analytics and applications
    • Software development experience
