As a Quality Compliance Auditor, you’ll have a critical function of overseeing the flow of product concern area’s or innovations and from customer to Tech.Responsible for laying down the timelines, principles and guiding standards to ensure effective closure rates and outcomes of the Tech Team.


  • You have to don many hats – some days you will be a designer, a coder, a project manager, a data analyst and even a documentation expert. 


  • The right person for this role – has a strong sense of ownership - with the capability to map projects start to finish to evaluate performance (Individual / team)


  • Additional Skills: exceptional problem-solving skills with a great track record on delivering project goals and is comfortable working with cross-functional team members and leaders at the same time. 


Your Journey will involve constant learning and shadowing.


To be successful, you should demonstrate strong attention to detail and have analytical and problem-solving abilities.



Requirements

Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for managing team performance with specific quality standards.


  • Evaluation - Constant evaluation and documentation of performance through sprint monitoring, deep diving into the variables and keeping targets in check.


  • Analysis - to lead ongoing reviews of business processes and identify areas of optimization at every level of the organization


  • Implementing Solutions - responsible for translating business requirements into actionable solutions, overseeing the end-to-end implementation process, and driving successful outcomes through effective project management and collaboration with cross-functional teams. With constant monitoring of deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.


  • Leadership bridge - to maintain a high caliber of ownership, coordination and team building skills


  • A complete in depth documentation of every horizontal or vertical development within the Product & Process


  • Gathering feedback, insights and other critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.


  • Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.


  • Innovations - Constant R&D for new products, tech to create automated solutions.


Ideal Candidate:


  • Excellent communication skills are mandatory, both written and verbal.


  • Good presentation skills along with knowledge of training.


  • Strong computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel & PowerPoint. 


  • Good understanding of Softwares, API’s, webhooks, integrations (not coding)


  • Focus on deriving benefit to customers and the product alike.
