Read more about the life in PayU here Title - Portfolio Manager Level - Senior Manager Preferred/Job Location: Bangalore Job Description - What you'll be doing: - Build and Scale the Checkout EMI product at Lazypay by working closely with cross functional teams. - Evaluate the different merchant partners for offering checkout EMI and establish the operating and commercial framework for the same - Work with Internal teams to manage end-to-end integration of checkout EMI product into the partner platforms including commercial negotiations, legal contract closure, working with product/tech for Integration & GTM --Owning the P&L responsibility for Checkout EMI product and helping achieve the overall budgeted numbers for the same -Working closely with the Business Analyst and the Risk teams to understand the overall performance of the product and develop the right pricing and line strategy for different customer personas -Work with the marketing team to drive adoption and increase usage -Manage the leadership updates for Checkout EMI product.
What are we looking for:
5-8 years of experience in business/portfolio roles with at-least 2-3 years in managing a lending product
Good understanding of the regulatory and compliance guidelines for NBFC’s in India – prior experience of managing a similar product on checkout based lending would be added advantage
Good Understanding of the overall fin-tech & lending ecosystem in India
Experience with partner management and working with cross-functional stakeholders
Data driven decision making and understanding of the profitability levers for a lending product
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey clearly and concisely.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and demands in a fast-paced dynamic environment
