Our Team:
The Global Product Owner will join the Digital Growth hub teams, which is part of the Consumer Healthcare Digital Business Solutions supporting Commercial, Marketing, M&S, Support functions and Science.
This team is responsible for managing the worldwide solution portfolio, roadmap and projects around these Commercial & marketing areas. This includes a wide range of applications that need to be correctly integrated with both Sanofi business functions and external partners to allow best in class Commercial operations. In particular, Salesforce led solutions such as CRM, B2B Portal, Marketing automation….
This role of Product Owner will be in charge of:
- P1: marketing automation B2B and HCP, within Digital commerce.
- Stretch: Quality & consistency of the HCP engagement experience across digital products
Main responsibilities:
A: Marketing automation Product Owner
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Marketing Automation product strategy and roadmap that aligns with business objectives, HCP and customer needs.
- Work closely with Business Owners and digital teams, define business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for enhancements and bugs
- Drive standard processes for marketing automation and lead path to revenue with People, Processes and Technology to build alignment between Sales, Marketing and Digital
- Develop a consistent way of measuring performance, tagging and attribution, working closely with web analytics lead and Salesforce team
- Lead and teach best practices to marketing product/platform users - develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and training materials.
- Support business with the development, implementation and management of automated workflows, lead scoring models, and automated marketing campaigns to optimize campaign ROI
- Serve as a leader and subject matter expert in marketing automation, staying up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and AI advancements in the industry.
- Monitor product performance metrics, gather customer feedback, and make data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement and optimization.
- Represent the product internally and externally, effectively communicating product vision, strategy, and value proposition to stakeholders and customers.
B: HCP Engagement digital experience
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital product strategy and roadmap that aligns with business objectives on HCP engagement to win the recommendation.
- Collaborate transversally with the relevant Business Lead and digital peers to achieve HCP engagement strategic objectives, ensuring consistency across touchpoints.
Required Qualifications and Background:
- Master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience as a product owner in the marketing automation or related technologies, with a track record of successfully delivering complex products
- Ideally 5-7+ years’ experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud with a deep understanding of how multiple systems integrate to form a measurable marketing automation program.
- Ideally 5-7+ years’ experience in commercial/Marketing of an FMCG or FMCH business team
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing automation concepts, processes, and technologies.
- Ability to drive the strategic direction and roadmap for our marketing automation program
- Passion for innovation and a customer-centric mentality, with a deep understanding of user experience and design principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and internal customers.
- Familiarity with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) as they relate to marketing campaigns, to ensure compliance with and adherence to nVent data privacy standards
- Experience with agile methodologies and project manager techniques.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- A pro-active personality, with a can-do attitude,
- Excellent relationship-building skills,
- Previous experience in FMCG or FMCH is a plus
- Knowledge on commercial processes is a plus
- Attention to details and excellent analytical skills
- Available and responsive to question, clarifications and instructions
- Ability to tailor communication to multiple audiences at all levels
- A self-starter, experienced in leading projects or delivery work streams
- Ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing in a way that enables stakeholders to decide with confidence
