As a Product Manager in the Small Business Banking Digital Payments team, you are an integral part of the team that innovates Fraud Protection offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. In this role, you will have the opportunity to transform customer experiences and innovate the ways we serve our customers. You will manage and have a deep understanding of the product roadmap, help keep the team organized, and define & influence product's strategic vision.
Job responsibilities
  • Develop a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
  • Own & maintain a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Lead product development efforts by working with Technology and Design teams and collaborate with a team of cross-functional partners (i.e. Risk, Control, Compliance, Legal) to ensure a strong risk and control environment
  • Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
  • Manage production support, issue & defect resolution, and prioritization
  • Integrate data analytics, product metrics, user experience research, competitive and market analysis, and company goals to drive prioritization of product initiatives
  • Publish regular executive reports summarizing the overall health of the product, industry and competitive trends and the voice of the customer
  • Partner across design, data, and tech to deliver large-scale initiatives
  • Deliver experiments that demonstrate quantifiable impact to operating expenses
  • Identify operating model for documentation, implementation, and ongoing JIRA hygiene to ensure traceability and health of cross dependencies and linked stories. 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 7+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Thorough understanding of digital payments, fraud prevention offerings and small business needs
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities, including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment while balancing multiple responsibilities, scoping projects, evaluating priorities, and effectively working well within a team
  • Establish and maintain relationships with the key business and technology stakeholders on product capabilities and priorities
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and driving innovation on behalf of internal and external stakeholders
  • Possess excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with MS Office tools, JIRA and Confluence
