About the Job

At Brightly, our dedication to innovation drives our product management team to create products that address our customers' evolving needs. We are seeking an accomplished Product Manager to join our Integrations team to create standard, scalable, configurable, plug-and-play products for faster integration with 3rd party applications (ERPs), empowering our clients to drive operational efficiency. Reporting to the Director of Product Management, you will play a crucial role in assisting in a forward-thinking strategy aligned with market needs. The ideal candidate will be able to leverage their analytical skills to assess market trends, competitive landscapes and customer preferences, ensure seamless coordination across teams to deliver high-quality products, and collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales) to achieve product excellence.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for Integrations aligned with market demands and business goals.
• Present and communicate product performance metrics and financial results to senior leadership, ensuring clarity and actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
• Drive the product and business planning processes for cross functional teams.
• Conduct product and market research, competitor analysis, and planning.
•  high-level use cases, and financial projections.
• Champion customer experience, ensuring our products meet and exceed expectations.
• Work with Product Owners to ensure market problems are clearly understood, respond to clarification questions, and review solution proposals as needed to ensure high-value features.
• Collaborate with entire cross-function team (engineering, marketing, sales, etc.) to understand, influence, and communicate feature timing as needed.
• Identify value driven opportunities (including establishing TAM, SAM, SOM) and assist in setting a clear direction for the product line.
• Balance resources effectively to drive success across the entire organization.

What you’ll need

Qualifications & Experience

5-8 years minimum experience preferably in SaaS and/or 3rd party integrations (ERP) / product-to-Product integrations / APIs

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.

Strong communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Confidence in making data-driven decisions and adapting to dynamic markets.

You embrace hands-on work and seamlessly navigate both tactical and strategic aspects as needed.
