Introduction We are seeking an experienced software product manager to join our global Data Security Product Management team. It is a team focused on an exciting, dynamic and expanding software business area. This role will focus on key elements across the product lifecycle from discovery to development to launch, collaborating with other key stakeholders such as design, architect, engineering, sales and marketing. The ideal candidate will possess past experience with enterprise cyber security / data security solutions.
Your Role and Responsibilities As a data security product product manager, you would be part of a larger product management team, supporting and executing on evolving, prioritized initiatives across the product management discipline, such as:
Understanding the market, ecosystem and competitive landscape for the product area, and defining product strategy
Executing discovery phase with design and engineering teammates to determine a feature’s value, usability, feasibility, viablity
Prioritizing roadmap based on requirements gathered from customer, partner and other market feedback during discovery
Providing detail requirements by epic / use case story, including functional and non-functional requirements
Working closely with engineering team to ensure the technical solution addresses the business requirement
