As a Product Manager in Credit Journey product team, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Credit Journey is a rapidly growing consumer facing platform dedicated to helping customers monitor, understand, and improve their credit score. The Credit Journey site gives customers easy access to their credit score, credit report, and other tools to manage their credit health along with a full suite of identity monitoring and restoration services. Credit Journey is a key strategic initiative for the firm with new features and enhancements planned to elevate the digital experience and deepen relationships with our customers.
 


Job responsibilities
  • Identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery.
  • Consider and plan for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience.
  • Support the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers.
  • Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle.
  • Write the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.
  • Mentor team members for peak performance, delivering constructive feedback and celebrating achievements.
  • Lead by example, coaching staff on key behaviors to drive results and performance.
  • Foster inclusion and diversity by supporting talent development and retention.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience with a focus on developing and managing high performing teams.
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
  • Demonstrated ability to positively interact with cross-functional teams both internally and externally to achieve specific business results.
  • Effective and prioritizing and managing multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Customer focused with the ability to turn insights into action.
