Product Manager- Chief Data Office- Vice President

Join our team in India as an Instruments and Pricing Lead, where your expertise in the financial domain and vendor data will be pivotal. This role demands proficiency in both logical and physical data models across all asset classes, including Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, and Alternatives.

As a Product Owner Lead in the Chief Data Office you will be instrumental in defining the future of our instruments and pricing strategy within the Asset and Wealth Management business. You will have the opportunity to lead a talented team, spearhead transformative change, and make significant contributions to our business's global success.

Job responsibilities:

• Develop and drive the vision and strategy for instruments and pricing within the Asset and Wealth Management business, ensuring alignment with business priorities and objectives.
• Lead the execution of the strategy with the team in India, addressing the current gap in subject matter expertise and knowledge.
• Work closely with both lines of business to support product development, minimizing duplication of work and ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Mentor and upskill the young team in India, helping them become fully productive and independent contributors to enhance delivery efficiency.
• Leverage experience with vendor data to optimize data usage and integration across the organization.
• Utilize expertise in logical and physical data modeling to support the development and maintenance of robust data structures across asset classes.
• Manage and lead large-scale teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:

• Possess over 10 years of experience in the reference data domain, with a comprehensive understanding of financial instruments and pricing. Demonstrate deep knowledge across various financial domains, including Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, and Alternatives.
• Bring over a decade of experience in managing large-scale teams, showcasing a proven track record of leadership and team development. Exhibit excellent leadership and mentoring skills, consistently developing high-performing teams.
• Demonstrate the ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives effectively. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling the navigation of complex challenges and the driving of innovative solutions.
• Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different lines of business. Foster a collaborative environment that enhances cross-functional teamwork and business alignment.
