About the Role
Levi’s is looking for a Product Manager who will be responsible forCheckout & Post-Purchase pillars of our B2B self-service experience, serving 25+ markets. You will play a leading role in how our wholesale customers finalize their pre-book and on-demand shopping orders, checkout and interact with LS&Co. through the post-purchase journey. The ideal candidate will focus deeply on understanding wholesale customers, franchise partners, sales operations and customer service problems to create impactful product experiences that drive meaningful business results.
Primary Responsibilities
Embrace the role of the product manager as “voice of the user,” developing a product vision and strategiesdeeply rooted in user needs while aligning with Global Wholesale business objectives
Innovate and iterate on product ideas through continuous user feedback and product engagement, ensuring product-market fit and adherence to the vision outlined by the product discovery process and financial objectives.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in the US, Europe and India, incorporating diverse perspectives into the product development lifecycle from initial ideation to market launch.
Manage the full spectrum of the product development process, using prototypes and MVPs (Minimum Viable Products) to test assumptions and refine product directions based on real user engagement.
Evaluate and prioritize product backlog based on rigorous analysis of consumer data, market conditions and trends, and strategic importance, ensuring resources are allocated to high-impact work.
Partner with engineering to co-develop potential solutions to user needs, exploring both use of third-party offeringsand internal development of capabilities. Understand technical complexity of different product initiatives and the balance between quick wins vsplatform longevity.
Support product releases via close partnership with local operations teams, understanding regional ways of working and needs to effectively communicate and launch changes to customers and partners.
Evangelize product opportunities, prioritized concepts and results in both formal forums and ad hoc interactions.
Establish the right KPIs, tagging and analytics strategy to shape insights. Measure and monitor success of KPIson a daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in math, statistics, engineering, computer science or other quantitative field preferred
Overall 8+ years of corporate experience with 3+ years experience in product management, with strong preference for background in B2B commerce or ecommerce platforms.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and innovation across geographical and cultural boundaries.
Strong data and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate through various data sources independently, and to synthesize the relevant insights from data to drive new capabilities
Proven track record of product discovery, leading a digital product squad and achieving ambitious KPIs
Demonstrated experience in gathering, prioritizing and transforming user problems into actionable product requirements
Reputation for clear and robust documentation of user journeys, epics and requirements
Flexibility and the ability to adapt to new requirements within a dynamic environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate at all levels, across multiple functions
