Summary of the Role
Our end-to-end solution serves Leisure and Business Travel Agencies as well as IT Partners, providing a single, trusted platform for discovering competitive travel options, optimizing margins, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
We are currently seeking a Product Manager for Value Hotels to lead the management of our Merchant platform and guide us through its scale-up journey. In this role you will:
Define and prioritize product enhancements for Value Hotels
Create and maintain the product vision and roadmap for Value Hotels
Consolidate and synchronize requirements from Hotels, Mobility, and Insurance teams
Follow up on the Value Content Platform development cycle, provide day-to-day support to R&D teams, and conduct end-to-end testing and validation, collaborating closely with other Product Managers in the team
Contribute to Go to Market activities, produce documentation needed for feature releases, coordinate deployment with all stakeholders, and prepare communication for customers and internal teams
About Ideal Candidate
Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role
Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in project management tools
Deep understanding of product lifecycle management, agile methodologies, and market research techniques
Bachelor's degree in related fields
Strategic thinker with a focus on customer needs, ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team, and a knack for problem-solving
Familiarity with software development processes and tools, and the ability to translate technical requirements into business objectives
Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and support teams to achieve goals

Business Environment Amadeus Value Content is a strategic solution enabling Amadeus customers to access and offer a wide range of competitive travel products, including Hotels, Insurance, Cars, destination activities, and more, while acting as the “merchant of record.” Our mission is to become the most innovative and integrated ecosystem for travel content suppliers and travel sellers, facilitating seamless buying and selling of prepaid travel content.
We oversee the entire value chain, including:
Sourcing and distributing travel content
Computing and converting rates
Driving yield management
Processing bookings and managing payment collections
Ensuring smooth financial flows between travel agencies and providers
Promoting our offerings to markets and customers
Delivering top-class customer service and support
